Pokhara Panchase Trek
Panchase trek, one of the off the beaten path in Annapurna mountain region and this trek is appropriate for all ages who are physically fit. The Panchase area is identified for a wide diversity of animals and birds. From Panchase you will observe the huge Himalayan mountains- Machhapuchhre, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung, Manaslu and more. The topography varies as of subtropical valleys of rice paddies and banana trees to high edges enclosed by rhododendron forest. Also, on the way you will meet many ethnic people - such as Brahmin, Gurung, Magar and more.
Our trek begins after driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then drive to Khade Khola, we will trek vertically uphill which will take us to Bhumdi. And at Panchase Bhanjyang, we will witness beautiful mountain views to the north early in the morning. Then with a steady ascend to westward all the way through trees and bushes. And ascending uphill to Kare, we will climb to Dhampus which is one of the big Gurung villages Also, we can view the beautiful snow-capped peaks Fishtail, Annapurna and green hills appearing in front of us while moving from Dhampus to Kirakhore. Then we will walk down to Hangja from Kirakhor and drive back to Pokhara

Panchase trek is a rare mixture of witnessing snowy peaks, turbulent rivers, crystal clear lakes, and deep gorges, hot-springs, charming villages, occupied by simple and hospitable ethnic people. However, though Panchase trek is one of the best trekking routes that bestows the stunning views of gigantic mountains, it is less chosen.
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu (1300m)
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our representative at Kathmandu International airport and then you will be transferred to hotel. You can relax for the rest of the day and in the evening you can enjoy dinner with Nepali cultural dance. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Sight-seeing tour around Kathmandu
After breakfast, today we will have a sight –seeing tour to Kathmandu where you will observe rich and long history of Nepal. The tour includes visit to the cultural heritage sites enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage. While visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, you will see the long-established royal palace of the Kathmandu kingdom. Also, you will go to visit Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple; Pashupatinath- one of the major Hindu temple with the statue of Lord Shiva ; Boudha Stupa- one of the sacred Buddhist sites in Kathmandu. And moreover, you will be able to see the the life-style of people residing in the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03: By Bus: Kathmandu – Pokhara (960m, 6hrs)
Today we will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Pokhara is very much popular among tourists where natural beauty and cultural heritages rewards you such as caves, lakes, temples, etc. You will be also rewarded with the splendid views of Manaslu, Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna range. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 04: By Bus. Pokhara – Khade Khola (30 min). Trek to Bhumdi (1600m, 5hrs)
Departing from Pokhara, we will drive to Khade Khola taking 30 minutes and trek vertically uphill for our lunch. After lunch the path takes us to Bhumdi taking around 5 hours. We will have an easy walk all along the villages with splendor views of mountains from Khade Khola to Bhumdi. Overnight in Bhumdi.
Day 05: Bhumdhi – Panchase Bhanjang (2000m, 7hrs)
This is one of the important days of our trek. Today from Bhumdi, we will walk to Panchase Bhanjyang. We will witness beautiful mountain views to the north early in the morning. Then with a steady ascend to westward all the way through trees and bushes. Also it will be a perfect day for those trekkers who are fascinated towards birds. Overnight at the tented camp.
Day 06: Panchase – Bhadure (1700m, 4hrs)
Today, after having our breakfast, we will walk up to Panchase which lies at 2500m for the beautiful view and then we will walk downward to same site. After having our lunch, we will walk to Bhadure.
Day 07: Bhadure – Dhampus via Kare (1600m, 6hrs)
From Bhadure, today we can either trek via Naudada or ascend uphill to Kare and then climb to Dhampus which is one of the big Gurung villages. Overnight in Dhampus.
Day 08: Dhampus – Kirakhore (1500m, 4hrs).
This is the eighth day of our trek and it is another stunning day where we can view the beautiful snow-capped peaks Fishtail, Annapurna and green hills appearing in front of us while moving from Dhampus to Kirakhore. Overnight in Kirakhore.
Day 09: Kirakhor – Hangja. Drive to Pokhara
On this day, we will walk down to Hangja from Kirakhor and drive back to Pokhara overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 10: Pokhara to Kathmandu
You will take a vehicle to return back to Kathmandu taking around 7 to 8 hours. After reaching Kathmandu, optionally, you can stay in the hotel and relax. Or, you can also go around the historical and world heritage sites in Kathmandu that you couldn’t go for on the second day of your trek. Or, you can go around for shopping. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Departure
You will drive to airport by our representative and take the flight to reach your destination from Kathmandu.
In Gosaikunda 2014 November...
We took two groups to Gosaikunda at December 2014. We sent two guides with each seven and five groups. It was very successful trip of our company as before. Every travelers of Korea and Norway became lot of happy to visit there. Again they will arrive here in same company to visit ghorepeni poonhill trek.
