Overview
Mt. Everest (8848m) was identified by an employee of geological survey of India in 1852 as the highest mountain in the world. Since then, the mountain has fascinated many climbers from around the world. The Nepalese Government gave it the name Sagarmatha and the Tibetans and Sherpas knew it as Chomolunga. It lies in the Khumbu region of Nepal on the northern boarder with Tibet and also cascades on Sagarmatha National Park. The first successful ascent of Mt. Everest was on 29th May 1953 at 9:30 am of a sunny morning done by Edmund Hillary and Tenjing Norgay after their long time efforts. The expeditions begin with the flight to Lukla - an airport lies at the south of Everest National Park.
The route to Everest begins from upper Phakding and it follows the Dudh Koshi valley that scrambles up to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar. The negotiate path from Namche Bazaar leads towards Thyangboche monastery. It is similar with the route followed by the Everest Base Camp.
There are mainly two climbing routes to the Everest. One is the southeast ridge from Nepal and the other is the Northeast ridge from Tibet as well as many others less frequently climbed route. The southeast trekking ridge is technically easier and is the more constantly used route. It was the same route used by Edmund Hillary and Tenjing Norgay Sherpa in 1953 and the first recognized route among the fifteen routes to the top.
The normal trekking duration of this trek is 70 days. We offer 60 -70 days duration of this expedition. The best time for this expedition is from April to May and from September to October.

To Everest Base Camp at December 2014
After the route of Langtang, we went to Everest with five German friends. We enjoy a lot with the beautiful view of Everest in very close and the society of Sherpas in Namche Bazzar. It was quite expensive, but also we completed our trip without any difficulties and any problems. Our trip was very enjoyable and ended with lot of happiness and great success.
